Don't know about all of the politics involved but I agree with Busch totally about not providing lucrative entitlements to racetrack owners, ESPECIALLY Joe D.

The way it's going, he and Cook's estate might both come up short on this one. Hard to believe.

I’m wondering if Joe may not be more of a factor in all of this than I’m giving him credit for and maybe the political climate will change somewhat when his time is up with Magna.

When is that anyway? (I may once again allow myself to bet a MD race.)
