iam going to play this pk 3 because i think ive come with what looks to be a pretty solid win-horse in the 8th
6th
6-2,8-1
the 6 gets the top number, been off 2 months but has some very good comeback works for a horse of this so-so caliber. i think the connections have had their eye on this spot and they give him a good chance. but the 1,2 and 8 are close by with the figs and their recency level will keep them close.
7th
8-5,6-7
again the 8 has the best number but he's been off since oct. and has two comeback works at a 1/2 mile each with the last being the best beating 35 horse's out of 53 that worked that day and in a very good time of 49:3. its a cheap field and that may be all the conditioning he needs for this win here. the 5 ran right there at a mile last out, shortens to 6f where he's gone 1-2-4 and gets a comfortable drop to the next level.
6 gets a very needed shorter distance and 3 level drop
7's been trying to find his legs as a 5year old with 7 career starts

11- 4,7,9,10-8,12
the only knock i have against the 11 is the outside post. other then that he looks to be the winner. won on the comeback at 120 pounds. next out was 14-16 lengths back at the start when breaking from the 12 hole at a m1/16. but made up good ground beaten by 6. today he gets 3 pounds off from his last where he's won with this weight. bravo stays. owner-trainer broome have kept this horse placed well with 3 wins in the last 5 races. broome also doing well with a 7 for 35 clip.
