yea, another impressive run by Silent Witness to go to 16 in a row. Breaks from gate 13, and is able to get over, goes about 3/4 wide around the turn, and wins easy. Jock throws a couple of crosses, he comes clear, and maybe a few taps getting close to the wire, but an easy win.

Some of the horses were paying over $2000.00 for a straight win bet.I think that is $5.00 HK.
And even a quinella payoff on the 2nd & 3rd place finishers of over $1000.00!Do we even have bets like that over here?

Those are based on $10 bets (SW paid $10.50 - $10.10 to place). BTW exchange rate is about 7.8 - 1 so the $10 base bet is about the same as $1.25 wager here.
