I am sitting in front of my computer in my house in Texas, enjoying my family. Life is great. All of my soldiers (except the ones who voluntarily extended) are home with their families tonight. Its good to be back.

I can't begin to express how proud I am of you -- and everyone in uniform who is serving his/her country.

Thank you, sir, for your service.

I bet it isn't hard for him to believe at all betcha. Regardless of our level of support for the US being in Iraq, all Americans (I hope) support our brave service men and women and the difficult job they do.

Welcome back ls. Thank goodness you are home safely. Now we just need to get all the rest back safely ASAP.

Welcome back.

As an enlisted man in a previous conflict, I didn't always appreciate the fact that our officers were looking out for us.

I'm sure your men will be grateful for your efforts now and in the years to come. As are we all.

Congratulations on a job well done.

Welcome back Is. While we don't agree on policy I'm very glad you are safe and sound back with your family as well as your other soldiers.

Is this permanently or do you have to go back?

Its really nice not using a port-o-john. I might put one in the yard so I feel at home. :)
