Picks for Aqueduct Saturday:
R1 #1a Stong-Moves up in the mud for good barn. The pace should be honest enough for his late run.
R2 #1 Young Man-Very likely that he will clear this field early. Also very likely to go off at low odds. DD key maybe.
R3 #4 Mr. Krush-Can only move up with the stretchout and off surface. Trainer/jock have scored on price horses in the past.
R4 #1 Tomorrow’s Leader-He’s had excuses in his two comebacker races. Now he moves to the juice barn and should be today’s leader early on.
R5 #4 Buck Mountain-Two of his 3 victories come on wet tracks. Should get a good setup pacewise with an honest pace.
R6 #6 Kiati-Another clear lead is likely today. Like her to hang on today.
R7 #3 Bartolo-I think this one can run some. Will definitely be part of the pace picture. Decent price expected.
R8 Pass
R9 #6 Sudden Burst-Will probably move up with the stretchout here. Trainer/jock have struck with a longshot before.
