The other day I was thinking...tracks and US betting sites can't give rebates but what can they give? For some crazy reason I haven't got to an offshore book which has cost me a lot of the last couple of years and I'm wondering what whould stop me. How about something similar to Bris..free past performances and how about including data files). A lot less then giving out rebates, a value to the player, legal... by working out an agreement with Equibase (if you bet x$ they re-imburse Equibase) or god forbid, supplying the product themselves. If you want to compete, find a way to give value to the player.
