Zito has the 1st and 2nd favorite- do you think this matters as far as Zito strategy and/or does it depend on post position? Who are the best closers?

Noble Causeway would seem to be the best closer here.

Papi Chullo I guess is more of a stalker just off the pace, has only the maiden win I guess. Not sure if this horse is really trying to win or just finish up close.

Vicarage seems to be a stalker too, dont have a really good feel for him.

THe rest are all front runners, are they not?

Doesn't seem like much of a betting race here. You're probably not getting past either of the Zito horses, so you're looking at 3-1 odds at best. Looks like the bonafide definition of "pass."

I was thinking much the same thing Bubbles, but I'm not all that sure that Noble Causeway will finish in the money. Either way he's going to be heavily overbet. High Fly should be in very good shape as he has a much better draw than the last couple times out which will suit his style much better. He should finally get a nice trip at the 1 1/8 distance. Going to see how the odds play out before I decide bet/no bet but if I do bet, I am leaving Noble Causeway out.

Of course, she did take 2nd place in the Canterbury "Road to Kentucky" contest last Sat....she had Cat Shaker at a bazillion to 1.
$750 not bad for a free contest.
