Just noticed that Tom is very close to 10,000 post.

Not sure if that is a record, but pretty damn impressive is you ask me.

I wonder if PA will give him a gold watch or some sort of prize?

Hey, since that sq dude quit(I think that's was his name--not sure), you are ahead of second place by thousands of post.

If you were a racehorse your running line would say "went wire to wire by so many lenghts we couldn't even count them".

Yeah, my congrats too, Tom. Not only are your posts impressive from the standpoint of sheer volume, but they're actually worth reading, too! I am reminded, though, of a quote Andy Beyer attributed to a horse player in one of his early books. Said the pony sage somewhat ruefully: "If I'd spent as much time reading law books as I have the Racing Form, I'd probably be on the supreme court by now."

Come to think of it, I'd rather have you on the court than a couple of the clowns we have on there now.
