Too bad it wasn't California, I would love to see the court's definition of "urine test" on the appeal.

I think saying "suspended" is much more accurate than "banned" which the DRF claimed. I guess Websters will have to alter the meaning of the word banned to also include "kicked out, but could return for a second or third (or 4th or 10th) chance down the line". They can put a picture of PVal, Steve Howe or Darryl Strawberry next to the meaning.

I noticed when he came back off his Delta suspension that he had a hard time getting below 118 lbs. This went on for about the first month. He obviously had to use something to lose the weight.
