The way my selections have been running (or should I say not running) the past few days if it had been Balto Star in the cheap claimer it would probably found a way to finish third. Ha! Ha! Ha!

I saw Macho Uno running for a 3k purse on tuesday. He was pulling a buggy.

Although I have still 75 place only selections to go in my attempt at the 100 selection challenge, it would require a R.O.I. of +17.0% on the remaining selections to show a slight profit overall.
Historically the Approach has stayed in the +7.0% to +9.0% range (not so this April, which looks as if it will be a losing month) So, I guess I will just have to grin and accept the bitter taste of defeat.
