Picks for Santa Anita Sunday:
R1 #6 TG 's Babe-Trainer may have only 3 wins in the last year, but two of them are with this runner. Very possible that she may get an uncontested lead in here.
R2 #4 Fresh Hot Buns-Barn does pretty well with the sprint/route, dirt/turf move (19%). Plus she comes out of a race that returned three next out winners. I like the move to Baze also.
R3 #7 Tizawinner-Once classy runner has never run this short or this cheap before. Last one can be excused for the wet surface. Should have an honest pace to shoot at here.
R4 #8 Haka Girl-3yo filly gets in light here. Won stylishly in her debut at DMR last year. Has been drilling steadily since then and doesn't catch that strong a field here.
R5 #3 It's a Perfect Day-Has run well without the lead in the past. That will be a plus in this speed laden field. Price will be right
