Complete BS. That track was a good 2.5 to 3 seconds ARTIFICIALLY FAST. If Monarchos would have broken Secretariat's record, it would have been a total travesty of justice. Thank God he didn't do it!! LOL

Just another example of how 90% of the time it's the track that sets the record (or track maintenance), not the horse.
