Was at Philly Park for simulcasting today and in the 9th at GP we were locked out of betting with over a minute to post. Nobody had even entered the gate at the time. Then in the 9th at OP, the camera cut to the horses coming on the track with at least 10 minutes to post and stayed with them until the race went off, except for a few unnecessary graphics. Nobody knew MTP or odds. Got the MTP off the Tiny Tim, but odds were unknown until after the race. It went off late besides. Was this a localized problem or did anyone else encouter these problems?
