Scratch..where moves?

Hi Guys,
Got a question..where do the rest of the horses move after a scratch? up or down..I know they don't stay in the same post postion because i've lost money betting the same post and when i get result it is wrong. I bet mostly online thru the live tote board mostly Aqueduct but that board isn't much help..THanks For Your Help

You should be betting the saddle cloth number not the post position!
