What in the "Sam Hill" is happening with the stock markets?
Are we ever going to have a good run on the Nasdaq again?
It has gotten so grim........I don't even look at it, if I can avoid it.
The only investments I am not afraid of are win bets on horses!
Is that scary or what? LOL

DS, I put most of my portfolio into Blue Chip energy stocks (not Enron) almost a year ago. As we have talked, I got out of the NASDAQ Tech's at the peak and went into Bonds in the interim. From there, I put them into the Blue Chips and have been rewarded. If there is a middle east crisis or Heaven forbid another 911 incident, Energy stocks will zoom. As for tech stocks, I don't see anything on the Horizon near term or long term. (24 months)

How bout long, long term, like 30 years until retirement? I do well with horses, but for my Roth IRAs I know nothing and depend on Janus. Are tech funds still a good bet for the very long run?

Thanks,
