Took the a long time to come out for the 3rd race.
I thought something was up.
About 20 mins after the 3rd race shu have ran
the balance of the card was cancelled

The wind is creating some blistering temperatures. The wind chill is something like -4 degrees. No real need to put these animals through that.

Just to clear things up:

The delay was prior to the 2nd race, and immedately after the 2nd race was run (right after John Imbriale read the payoffs), they announced they were cancelling.
