In the DRF article, it was interesting that for "several" of the suspended shops, attorney John Sullivan was described as "general counsel," a term often used to describe lawyers who are insiders and often company officers, as opposed to being outsiders retained to address a specific issue or set of charges. This at least suggests the shops may have common principals in management or ownership. :rolleyes:
