Champion 2-year-old filly of 2004 Sweet Catomine has been spoiling to mix it up against the boys. According to her breeder/owner Marty Wygod, the daughter of Storm Cat, who won her 2005 debut in the Santa Ynez Stakes (gr. II), will likely skip the Feb. 12 Las Virgenes Stakes (gr. I) and go straight to the Santa Anita Oaks (gr. I) March 13. If all goes well there, she will duel with males in the Apr. 9 Santa Anita Derby (gr. I) before charting her course to Louisville the first week in May.

Also in the article, Kitten's Joy is planning to try the Arc, and Ghostzapper will return in either the Oaklawn Handicap or the Met Mile.
