I thought I saw it all when I saw an Optional Maiden Claimer (OMCL?). This one tops it though:
Fillies and Mares Four Year Olds and Upward Which Have Started at
the 2004-2005 Turf Paradise meet and not finished 1st 2nd or 3rd.
Four Year Olds 120 lbs. Older 121 lbs. CLAIMING PRICE $3,000.
C -> Claimer
CO ->Optional Claimer
CL -> Claimer for Losers?

All kidding aside, would you believe that conditions similar to this are actually one of my all time favorite conditions?
I would always catch super nice prices with: Clm 2500 for horses which have not finished 1st, 2nd or 3rd in last 4 starts. Normally, one sees a condition like this with the trotters, and when I see it, I immediately gravitate to that race.
At least that condition is as straight forward as you can get. The feature race at the Fairgrounds on Sunday or Sat. was an Alowance Optimal Claiming 40K non winners of 3 LT. However the 4 horse in the race had 5 wins. Please explain that one. He pulled up lame by the way.
TOOZ,
That's easy, he must have been in for a tag. The NW3 part is only if not entered to be claimed.
Thanks CJ, I thought the NW3 would be applied to both conditions.
