Does anybody know how much, for example a 7-11, gets for each Daily Racing Form they sell?

I read #80. I am surprised at how little the venders make selling the DRF. I do know the guy in the kitchen at Calder sells them for $5.50.So if you give him a quarter tip he is really making out good for each one he sells.

I remember the manager at my store 24 stopped selling them because if he didn't sell them, he ate the price? Is this true? If it is, I wouldn't chance selling them unless the regulars pd. for them even if they didn't pick them up. That was the arrangement I made with him, wed. - sat. he kept them under the counter and I pd for the 5 wether I dropped by that day or not.
