I believe it's the Wednesday nine days before the first BC day ( which would be 10/26 ).

Haven't had a contest here on PA in a good long time...BC Saturday will be a $500 (at least) contest here on PA...look for main announcement thread soon.

What are these like? Are they actual bets or just analysis like speed/class etc.?

I bought something like that from Timeform the first year they put them out. My memory is failing me in remembering what they were exactly. Have they changed the format since that first time Timeform published them?

Nothing has really changed format wise. All the races are analyzed, bets are recommended, and there are great write ups on all the Euro horses from that side of the pond as well.

That's probably worth the price of admission all by itself unless you follow the racing over there closely.

The Timeform team always does a great job on the overseas horses and keeping eyes on those who might surprise

Like what class has said worth the price of the entire package on that alone
