Looks like High Fly is topping the list as of now, certainly early. But this is a good link to track as we move closer to Churchill!

High Fly is probably the only one on that whole list right now with a shot at being there in May, but that race had the look of second stringers to me. Not complaining as the tri was a signer for me, but it wasn't the strongest bunch. I've got the feeling Gulfstream is going to be good for the older horses this year, but I think moving the Fla Derby is really going to hurt them in terms of 3yo competiton this year being as it was a logical step into the Wood, but is now in competition. Have been looking into going to Oaklawn this year for one of their preps, but may pass as getting there is almost twice as expensive as I can find to go to New Orleans for their prep.

CJ, are you planning to keep track (and publish) your pace and speed figs for the preps as you've done in the past? Sorry if you've answered elsewhere.

Yep, I sure will, just got a decent copy of the prep schedule today. Look for it in the next few weeks.

CJ,

I've been looking for a copy of the prep schedule. As of last week, DRF and Bloodhorse had last year's up. Would you mind posting the link? Thanks.

CJ has his derby prep figures up at

CJ, it looks as if you're Performance figs are aimed at predicting how a horse will run in May and not just measuring how they ran last time.
