John Pricci is in Saratoga. I read his website today and say Andy Asaro mention. I assume it's the same Andy posted here.

Thanks for posting. I stayed in contact with him for many years but the last couple we connected less frequently. He has been on my email blast since it began back in 2010. Interesting guy who loved to battle on message boards. He will be missed

You earned a deathbed mention, I'd check his will and estate

Pick something "He would've wanted you to have!". :D

You guys are making it sound as if John Pricci wrote that on his deathbed...

I suggest you stop confusing people, either intentionally or not intentionally

That's actually something Indulto wrote JP...Indulto used to post here...

It's pretty clear who wrote it. Nobody is confused

Based on the first post in the thread where Suff led by mentioning Pricci being in Saratoga this week, and the excerpt about the deathbed beginning "Dear John", I'm a little confused by any confusion. ;)

I'll bite my tongue and move on.

But if I thought something different than intended, I'm sure others will too, so I'm quite happy I've cleared it up, if only for my own fucking satisfaction...thank you very much.

So much for biting my tongue.

Oh yeah, and since it was Indulto actually writing that, and NOWHERE is he mentioned in the thread title and his name is half covered in Suff's nifty screenshot, tell me again how CRYSTAL CLEAR everything is.

I sometimes wonder why I keep bothering to bother.

Sorry - definitely not saying it WAS crystal clear who they were talking about (which obviously is more relevant for those familiar with Indulto), just that it seemed clear enough it WASN'T Pricci.

What WAS clear to me from the original is that I was not familiar with the horseracinginsider.com site, and since I used to read Pricci in Newsday when I lived in NYC and watch him on the NYC OTB channel, I needed to add another website bookmark!

Again, my apologies. Keep bothering to bother!

Imagine Indulto writing about Andy Asaro warranting its own thread on PaceAdvantage.

And Suff just had the audacity to throw shade my way in a now deleted reply.

My how this site has fallen.

InterventionsYou're quite familiar with those, I'm betting.

Maybe you should lead it this time?

Change of pace, you know? (pun definitely intended)

When racing was big in America, everyone read Pricci. His name was synonymous with racing. He worked with Harvey Pack early days.
