I have bought a factory refurb (IBM Thinkpad) 2 years ago and have bought misc. parts and pieces from them since with only one problem. Once while buying expansion memory for the IBM, they mis-advised me on compatable memory. When I found out and called them, they quickly responded and corrected the problem.
