Reference was made to a Dr. Sengbush. Yes, I also heard that
he, Dr. Sengbush, was an incredible handicapper who once picked the winner in 750 consecutive races & who, unfortunately
would have continued had he not lost his toupee in a hurricane,
close to the freeway entrance near Ceasar's Palace in Vegas.
Chasing his toupee he was hit by a 16 wheeler being driven by
the Shepard twins. It was in all the papers.
