I guess the EU isn't all that "progressive" and "enlightened" -- or how about just plain 'ol compassionate -- when it comes to tugging on the 'ol purse strings. Too bad Liberals-Socialist can't walk their talk. All they're basically good for is talking down their condescending snouts at the U.S. -- telling us how evil and stingy we are, and how awful Capitalism is.
