I'm in Pasadena - about 5 miles west of the track. No rain yet, (1 hour before the 4th race) and there is a slight chance the rain will hold off until near the last race.
However, this is a major storm - it has already dumped 5 inches in some parts of the Bay area. The forecasters are having a very difficult time with it because it is coming almost directly down the Pacific coast, and a switch in its path of only a 100 miles or so will make a major change in how much, and when, it rains. The track will become sloppy/muddy very fast...
If you are doing a large ticket, you might want to add some off-track assumptions into th 8th & 9th races.
