Can't speak for other states, but Texas' rulings rarely showed up on arci.com. That's unfortunate b/c I think the public should be aware of all violations.

At Sam Houston's Racing Ofc lobby, you can walk in and see all the judgements meted out for rules violations in Texas. Each violation is detailed on a sheet, attatched to a clipboard. The sheets were piled up 2-3 inches high last season when I went down there weekly.

For whatever the reasons, 99% of em never made arci.com.

ElKabong.
There could be a number of reasons for this:
1) Texas is not a member of ARCI
2) Texas could be a member of ARCI's rival group NAPRA
3) Most unlikely - if Texas is an ARCI member the commission is not supplying ARCI with penalty data.

Ya, they'd list a few at shammy, Ralph. Not many tho.

Anytime you see a trainer change on the pp it's a good idea to check the racing ofc, I found. The reasons for violations can bring a chuckle or two. Life on the backstretch must be a zoo.

It would be nice if any reasons involving a trainer name change were listed in the PPs.
