they are....excellent!! Some of the best speed figures (they also have a sort of pace fig,) around. I might have a contact number at home for Mike..
no web site..If you get him he'll spend time with you explaining his figures. he doesn't advertise for people -- has enough clients, many of them pros. Not a black box, you've got to know how to use speed figures, but if I were to use something like that again, Colts Neck would be right there. They had been $100 a month as of 3 years ago.

I have talked to a couple of savvy horseplayers in recent years who swear by Colts Neck. My reaction to their reviews was that this was definitely a service for experienced, knowledgeable players.
