He wins on Thursday. Dutrow wheels him back on Saturday. His race was so recent there's no Beyer in the DRF for him.

Crafty Player won Sunday .. ran second Thursday .. scratched Saturday.

Kell won that Thursday race, but could not handle the quick turn around Saturday.

Dutrow is very shrewd with bringing his horses right back in a matter of days, and it is not uncommon.

happened to me with a q.h. @ the no. cal. fair. back in 2 days, no pps. i recognized the name when i heard it, & had it as a horse to watch off a good third. too bad when i heard the name, it was during the race as i walked in. won & paid $40+, i think. name was fruitstand sylvia, i think.
