the dodgers can porter & keep monday. Sheesh. i grew up watching monday playing for oakland. loved him, but he is the vic stouffer SQUARED ... no CUBED of baseball. or paul allen, dick riley, whoever. now, ross is just a generic old soul (my son calls him "nut-mouth"), but rick is the worst. versatile guy -- worst stories that never wind up before the play; worst cranky rants,e.g., defending the practice of walking bonds (fine per se), same rants day after day; imprecise, oversimple play-by-play (i can get the giants replay @ midnight & learn from jmiller what rick left out when sf play la) & a perfect vacuum of humor. he couldn't hang as a sports anchor. hey, who's your worst sports anchor? i know, i'm evil.
