Laying Selections for UK Racing

For the next 2 week period I will be displaying my selections I lay on a day to day basis for UK Racing via betting exchanges such as Betfair. This will give a good period to see how profitable this method of betting can be.

Laying horses is basically allowing others to bet on a horse to win whilst we take the risk of the bet by allowing the person to bet set odds with us via the exchanges. To put things simply we basicaly act as the bookmaker.

The basic rules of the system are as follows.

1. We only lay horses under the odds of 10/1.
2. We risk between 5% and 10% of the bank on each lay.

35% is not quite so usurious as it sounds @ first, because the base is the profit, not the wealth. a flat bet $2 return of $2.20 would yield $2.13. hmm, still sounds kyna high.

May I make a suggestion to make this more understandable...

Have a starting bankroll (American $$$) and show current bankroll

as you progress from day to day ...that should not be too hard

to do and would make your posts much easier to understand..

and a little more explanation of the bet ....why etc?

Sounds alot like the scam that was posted on this site earlier in the year under the name globevision.info.
I posted back in may about this scam, as i fell for it and lost $2000 aus dollars. It started out with a profit in the beginning but they soon lost all my investment in a matter of a few days after placing bets well above the limit of losses for one session.

After finally getting in touch with the owner named david he told me it was a mistake by one of his associates and told me that if i reinvested another $2000 they would not charge me there percentage until the orginal $2000 was recouped.

Check the site and you will see it's last update was may 24.Don't fall for this scam.

just curious. what was the claim or proof being offered at the time that convinced and motivated you into believing that these guys were a legitimate "venturing investment" group?

Stupidity!! Like they always say if it sounds to good to be true it usually is.
They must of laid against my money, for the first week and a half they made me a profit of 40% percent and lost it all in one day.
It was a humiliating loss but one that will never happen again.
