I have never doubted this. Unfortunately, we often hear only of the bad kids, adults, etc. Most kids are working hard in school, thinking of their future and listening to their parents. These kids are exceptional only in the way they do what they need to do and avoid trouble. These kids aren't good or bad enough to make the news...they are just spectacular at being normal, well adjusted good kids. Hopefully, my five year old twins will become just this type of kids.

By the way, in my way of thinking, kids who listen to current music, dress in current styles and talk in today's young kid slang are just being typical youth. Some people are put off by kids who seem "threatening." We should all remember how we were as teenagers and what adults thought of us at the time.

I know plenty of decent kids, and I live in So. California.
Hey, we have a great kid here on the board.....Bubbles.
I would be proud to have him as a son or relative.
Shame on you, PA for being such a NY cynic! I'll forgive you, because you are from New York....LOL
