Just saw a brutal breakdown in the 6th at Aqueduct. This is the 4th breakdown (3rd Fatality) this week! I hope they take another good look at the surface and make sure things are on the up and up out there.
Jockey Richard Migliore, who was on the horse that broke down in the 6th, looked like he landed on his head after being thrown forward over the horses head. All I know at this point is that he is off his mount in the 7th. From the video replay, it does not look good for the Mig. Lets hope things aren't as bad as they looked for this jockey who's had more than his share of racing related injuries.....
