tonight Minnesota vs Indy... 2 teams with big offenses and zero defense.. over under is 57.5..

I could see a 42-35 game with about 1000 yards total offense tonight..

I think Minnesota just isn't the same without Moss. He changes the entire defensive gameplan. Its no accident they had run over 4 yards per carry 15 games in a row. Defenses are so terrified of the long pass that they couldn't stop the run. That said, the Colts defense isn't very good. Should be fun to watch. I'll be at the RCA Dome next week for the Houston game.

When you play teams with zero defense (like the Colts), it doesn't matter who you have out..

Probably true. The Vikings defense isn't very good either. But I just have a feeling the over isn't a slam dunk.

that is the highest o/u I have seen for an NFL game.. I wouldn't touch it.. To bet it you have to assume each team scores at least 4 tds.. Even if one scores 42 points, you still need 3 other to score around 3 tds.. that is a lot.

There have been a few time where I took the over in games like this, and ended up eating it later....It's like the defensive guys get insulted and dig in...take the under.

The public loves over bets. They're fans and they love to see scoring. They also usually overbet those teams. And as good as both these teams offenses are, neither will be in the Super Bowl this season.

Last week vs KC it was 56. And went over pretty easily. This being a dome game with 2 top quarterbacks I can see this game going over by the end of the 3rd quarter.....

I dont bet Football like I used to , but I love the Over bet

Get 2 teams together that have no defense and can score.

I dont care who goes into the End Zone

Just Score baby Score

Wow, could end up 14-3 at Halftime..

Need 42 points in the 2nd half to go over... could happen..

Tough beat for anyone who played the under. The total closed at 58.5, 2nd highest in 20 years. Its 14-3 with less than a minute to play in the 1st half. The game ends up going over by a half point, thanks in part to a successful 2 pt conversion by the Vikings.

LOL.

The beats seem tougher in sports betting, probably because the events are so much longer. At the track, the race is over in 70 to 125 seconds. The worst are the college football games that last 4.5 hours.
