Twenty years from now things might evolve to the point when humans are acting like animals like when in the extreme sense are shot with tranquilizer darts and and are processed like zoo animals and picked up by a caged van and people who only do the picking up. If people are loaded with drugs and the dart becomes lethal too fu%^&*g bad. I think when you spit on a cop and then say things to him or her it is very likely that a percentage will exact some pain. I think all too often commanders in large city's send young inexperienced officers out to roll with the salty ball buster instead of better training those with few years in. Most good cops want to do something else and often do leaving behind the shithole and the tide they have to shovel against for more years. There are no easy answers as things get more congested, just remember a few decades ago how many less cars were on the road.
