Alaska is 36 months. That means 36 months older in minors, it is automatically illegal. Up until the year of 18, then it goes away of course. So if you are 14 and have sex with someone who is 35 months older than you, if it is consensual, it is legal. 36 months older even if it was consensual, it is illegal.
