Where there's smoke......

Fox News can't be any good, though.
Trump says so.

Heard him tell Chris Wallace yesterday that things
have gone downhill since his buddy Ailes hit the door.
Ailes and Trump, after all, are both fully paid up
members of the Predatory Creeps Club.

There needs to be more context in those text conversations, while it doesnt sound good its hard to say how much could have been consensual from those texts.

The other stuff with the bigger names needs a lot more proof then stated.

But I put nothing by men in power trying to get into womans pants, its being going on a few thousand years.

"Owning" a woman is sickening and repulsive, Ralph. Try to think beyond 4-letter words. He's going away for a long time - the others, maybe not.

not unusual in some kind of domination type scenario...dont you watch Billions.

Shouldnt be doing that in his position with a woman that worked there.

Wow you guys are desperate to get something on Tucker.

Good luck.

(Nowhere in that article does it ever say Tucker did anything...technically, based on what was written, the woman in question could have OVERHEARD Tucker saying something to somebody else (like he was without his wife and kids that night), and turned that into her claiming it was a proposition.

Nowhere does it say that Tucker directly requested this woman to come to his hotel room.

Keep trying dude.

That 'Complaint' reads like a script for a porn flick with former 'Hollywood' actress, Jennifer Eckhart, and current activist-lefty, Cathy Areu, auditioning for the lead roles.

Some of you are so easily duped!

What is the common denominator among these men, other than that they all work at Fox and are being accused of some sort of sexual harassment?:

Ed Henry, Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Howard Kurtz

Oh, and then there is child-'pizza'-freak Chrissy Teigen calling out Jeanine Pirro "for looking at a sexy pic" of her. :faint:

all these people shuffle around from one network to the other. one comes from Fox and goes to CNN. the other one goes the opposite direction.

when they are on CNN and MSNBC they are liberals, then they move over to Fox and become conservatives.

the only thing that remains constant with them is that they are getting paychecks.

Has there been anything to suggest that Eckhart and Areu have the same character as Reade? I would think that is relevant, no?

Which is the reason why Trump is characterized as a Populist by many. Most people have absolutely no faith in either party, and most certainly feel that they are screwed either way.

Trump may need to get re-elected in order to save his company's which are probably in big trouble right now.

Too broad of a brush.

Perhaps.

But if you've worked in or studied enough different corporations, there is a very distinct "corporate culture" in each of them.

It's underlying, always.

Some places you say or do something you are out the door by end of day. In others, behaviors can persist for years.

It's like a riverbed......or a racetrack. Something is wonky and if it's longerm, .sometimes you need the army corp of engineeers or the track super to dig it up and change the underlying structure.

If an earthquake hit DC and swallowed up both houses on the SC, it would be good for the nation. Neither party is worth 2 bits.

"Even more significantly, eyewitness accounts indicate Carlson’s wife was with him on a key evening when Areu said Carlson promised her he would be alone."

Double lulz:

That claim leads to another issue. “Following the show,” Areu asserts in her lawsuit, “Mr. Carlson, hardly making any effort to hide his intentions, began telling Ms. Areu that he would be alone in New York City that night, and specifically said that he would be staying alone in his hotel room without any wife or kids.”

A source familiar with the event told Mediaite that Carlson’s wife did attend the Tucker Carlson Tonight Christmas party. Fox News also told Mediaite that Carlson hosted the entire party for his show’s staff alongside his wife, who stayed in the hotel with him that evening.

“She didn’t go to the party so she can’t say who was there, but certainly stands by what he told her,” Areu’s attorney said.

Areu’s claim that she was harassed by Carlson also relies on insight into the Fox News host’s frame of mind: “Without question, Mr. Carlson was probing to see whether Ms. Areu was interested in a sexual relationship,” the suit said. Areu’s public comments about Carlson since the alleged incident have also been warm. In one 2019 post on Twitter, Areu wrote that Carlson “has always been polite to me.”

“Ms. Areu awkwardly sidestepped Mr. Carlson’s advances and declined to spend the night at his hotel,” the lawsuit continued. “Mr. Carlson promptly retaliated against Ms. Areu, who was featured on his show only three times in 2019 and has not appeared once in 2020.”

Fox told Mediaite that company records indicate Areu appeared on Carlson’s show four times in the four months following the incident, the same number of times she appeared on the show in the four months preceding it. “There is zero evidence of retaliation,” the network claimed. The network also said there were eyewitnesses to Carlson and Areu’s conversation who would contradict her account.

Exactly! The very old, tiresome sex abuse card is played often from the limited number of tricks in their grab bag. A boring, predictable lot are the dimwits.
