Not even close, the majority of the American public thinks "what have you done for me lately" period. This ain't November and by then the American public might think what has Biden ever done for me. So in reality the last couple of weeks leading into the general election if either displays the classic Mitt Romney lackluster last two weeks people will ask "what have you done for me lately" non stop.
