Those damned kids - must have been paid off by Karl Rove. :D
There seems to be an error here. This link says they were wrong in 1992. Check it out 8th paragraph down. Strange the children seem to have problems selecting a Bush?

The only glitch was in 1992. Older students—grade 4 and above—chose Clinton over Bush, 50% to 42%.

Only you would ream through this story to find where the 4th GRADE KIDS missed one president.. You've got to get a life.
What are your standards for the office of the PRESIDENT?
When you have someone like Bill Clinton allowed to speak and tell you who he thinks should win. Birds of feather flock together!! Two wrongs will never make it right.
Clinton doesn't think what he has done was wrong and a poor role model for the job of president.
Kerry fits the same mold for allowing Clinton to speak on his behalf.
Where have all the decent people gone?
Perhaps the children understand more about morale standards than the adults in this country. It's sad but must be true.

I think those 4th graders in 1992 just started to discover that girls didn't have cooties.. They probably were in awe of Clinton's ability to touch all the boobies he wanted.. I can see why they picked him..

Perhaps the children understand more about morale standards than the adults in this country. It's sad but must be true.Standards for the office of the President are not established between the officeholder and each individual citizen. Our current dilemma is a President who ignores his job description and allows his personal beliefs to dictate his decisions. This is a hallmark of an imperial regime rather than a democracy.
You don't think Bill Clinton should be allowed to speak? Now that is a bizarre attitude in a democratic society!
And assuming you meant "moral" standards, if you really believe children have better morals, then you must believe children should be held accountable for their actions like just adults. That is also a bizarre attitude!
Kerry wins Nickelodeon kids poll that has always picked the winner

Democrat John Kerry rules the 14-and-under crowd. And that might be a bigger deal than you think.
Kerry scored 57 percent of the vote to President Bush's 43 percent in Nickelodeon's ``Kids Pick the President'' online mock election Tuesday. About 400,000 youngsters voted.
Did we mention the Nick event, launched in 1988, has never been wrong?
``It's become a legitimate bellwether poll,'' says Linda Ellerbee, whose Nick News specials began focusing in March on the presidential candidates and their issues.
How legitimate? ``I can only say that since `88, the kids have picked the candidate who became president two weeks before the grown-ups did,'' Ellerbee says.

Maybe a spirited game of dodgeball between Weekly Reader kids and Nickelodeon kids should be substituted for the election.
