Hillsborough County is starting ramp up talk of full shelter in place since the State hasn't ordered a full shut down. Yet. I'll add to the handle a bit today and hopefully the horsemen get a a few more days of work out of this meet.
Traditionally, the first half of the TBD card is full of low level maiden and claiming races. Usually dirt sprints. With our lack of rain over the last month the track has played fast and early speed has been king. Conditions haven't changed, but the card is a little less "straightforward" at least as far as the early P3 goes.
