I just saw that he passed. He lived a long life and was well cared for. I saw that Preach @ 31 also passed away this week. She was one of the first mares to be bred by AP Indy and she went back to him twice. I think as the song by Brad Paisley goes, "He was waiting on a woman." Long live the King and Queen. RIP both of you.

I remember taking a few mares to breed to him in 1994 and it was a pretty exciting time compared to others since there was that unknown promise, and the 2 mares we took were world class. With Storm Cat it was a bit different since he was already a great stallion.
