Where is Tom Dirkin?

I was expecting to here Tom Dirkin's voice this weekend, either calling the Fla Derby or the Gotham.

Anybody know where he is, or if he will be the race caller for NYRA this year?

While I am asking, about a year ago Johm Tammaro (sp?), a prominent Fla Trainer, was reported missing in Fla. Does anybody know how this story turned out?

I think I remember that they found hin in his car in a river, or stream, or something like that? Drove off the road probably.
I think that was him-some one "famous" if I remember correctly.

It was in a canal, we don't have rivers (a few) and streams in S. Fla. Still a mystery. He was no where near his home or on a route to his home, where he supposedly was going.
