Is GP getting totally new tracks - dirt and turf, or just dirt?

New 1 1/8th mile dirt track, turf course expanded and turned over with Bermuda grass planting. Was there the begining of the month, beats the hell out of me how they expect to be ready in the next 75 days, but they claim they will be on time. New timing system, but Tobby C. and "the beard", plus others will still be hand timing. Go to their site "gulfstreampark.com" lots of pictures and a FAQ site. Surely will be magnificent when they are done, Frank S. is on a roll.
