I recently tried this product based on recommendations in this thread. One of the things it does is defrag your hard drive IN THE BACKGROUND. You can really set it and forget it. Not only that, it runs about a gillion times faster than the defragger that comes with the operating system. If that isn't enough, there is a free version also the version you buy wont ask you the annoying question "Buy Me".

just noticed that myself, sorry if I mislead anyone. I bought it after a few days, it didnt occur to me to check if there was a limit on the "free"
