Pinnacle and place bets?

Anyone know if Pinnacle pays its 7% on place bets?

They cover it in their FAQ. I think (if I remember correctly) they only don't pay on neg. pool plays i.e. bridgejumping.

Pinnacle pays 7% on any place or show bet, except those which return $2.10 or $2.20.
