I was looking at Buckpasser's brilliant 3 year old season and I see this comment for one race: "strong handling." Does that mean he was being held in check or does that mean he is being roused? he is running about a final quarter in 24 sec. fast and won by a length or so, he can run sub 24s when called upon in other races. trying to get a feel for whether he is going full out or is there more in the tank.
