Status of David Cohen's supension

Does anyone know the status of David Cohen's suspension?

I saw where his 60-day suspension was supposed to begin April 27 but he continued to ride, I assume based on an appeal.

He is currently riding at Churchill Downs.

I searched Twitter, DRF and other sources but couldn't locate any current info.

I was wondering the same thing but figured it wasn't worth the research because it's horse racing and these things happen all the time. He doesn't win the Oaklawn jockey riding title if it's in effect so guessing they got a stay.

David Cohen hasn't had much success this Churchill Downs meet. The incident in which he was suspended took place on April 6 and his suspension was supposed to begin on April 27. Research has come up dry on the matter. Perhaps this incident involves a lengthier process. But it seems to be an extraordinary amount of time. Has anyone heard of any updates?
