What is this all about? Does a race go off on the NY circuit where there aren't some sort of families intertwined, how could this be the person who goes down for giving a look of impropriety? Is she lying & there's more to this story? If not this seems ridiculous.

I can't read minds, but I'd have to think this has something to do with it also. When any trainer gets that hot, cynical horse players tend to immediately suspect the worst. Throw family status on top of it and I guess they wanted to quell any suspicions.
