I am relocating to Vegas soon and I know there are some different "rules" regarding access to ADW's. I primarily use TwinSpires from home and as a regular visitor to Vegas at different times and different places I have had success (or no success) at logging in and using the tool. I understand about geo-fencing and that the casinos will block access while on their property and I generally don't have a problem with it. However, my experience has varied and there does not seem to be a regular pattern of when/where you can access the ADW. For example, in December I was in TI and was able to access and use TwinSpires, but during the same trip was unable to use it in MGM properties.

What I am looking for (if it exists) is a "rule book" concerning ADW use in Vegas. There must be regulations published somewhere regarding this, but to date I have been unable to find any. Can anyone assist in pointing me in the right direction? I also am interested in other's experiences with ADW's in Vegas.

1. Betting across state lines is illegal in NV. (As are rebates, BTW.)

2. There are two that I am aware of that will take you anyway.

Write to me privately and I will tell you about them.

I know people with out of state addresses that use ADW’s without a problem. I doubt if anyone would get arrested for using one. In my opinion the law is illegal because it inhibits interstate commerce, but try and fight it.
